What is Neurofeedback?

Neurofeedback is a state-of-the-art technology that trains the brain to function more efficiently. In a nutshell, it is a process by which brain waves are monitored and feedback designed to improve brain-wave patterns for the individual. Brainwave training affects the whole body, and the “feedback” used can improve health and well being.

Neurofeedback can benefit a wide variety of concerns. Clients report experiencing, among other things, improved relationships and more enjoyment from life. Neurofeedback is regularly used to achieve peak performance by athletes, students, executives, artists, seniors and anyone wanting their brains to function more efficiently.

Neurofeedback has benefited recently from significant advances in technology and can now enhance multiple facets of neurological efficiency. Brainwave patterns can be reconditioned to their natural state of balance; stronger, healthier, and more resilient patterns.

In Office Sessions

Solo Sessions

Solo sessions are suited for those who prefer a more personal, individual experience. A session takes less than an hour.

Single sessions –$75 (HST included)

Double sessions – $125 (HST included)

Tandem Sessions

Neurofeedback sessions occurring in the same room with two people brain training simultaneously on separate neurofeedback machines.

Training together usually involves couples, friends, family members, etc. This can be especially convenient for families with busy schedules. An added benefit is the reduced rate per session.

Brain Vacations

Intensive Training

Receive intensive training (1-2 sessions a day per person) with onsite comfortable, quiet accommodation included and many extras! Neurofeedback is self hookup (available before noon), with complete training on how to run sessions provided on the first full day.

All stays include:

  • Access to elliptical machine and recumbent bike
  • Exclusive, unlimited use of Far Infrared Sauna (Solo by Sunlighten)

Accomodations

Your Brain Vacation apartment is a one-bedroom suite with a den (including pull-out couch), private bathroom, and fully equipped kitchen. Your stay includes exclusive use of a large private gallery equipped with a wellness library, Smart TV, and private office area with desk and colour laser printer. Minutes from beautiful beaches, and you’ll catch a great sunset from the kitchen window!

Package & Fees

Each package is for 1 or 2 person occupancy with neurofeedback training for only one. If the second occupant would like to do neurofeedback training as well, add 25% to the price:

  • 10-Day Stay
  • $1,200 plus HST
  • 20-Day Stay
  • Prices: $1,800 plus HST
  • 30-Day Stay
  • Prices: $2,400 plus HST

Rentals

NeurOptimal® Machine Rentals

This rental includes 20 sessions with additional sessions being optional. It is usually rented by a single person looking to complete a series of sessions on their own.

Cost: $750 plus HST for the first month. Additional sessions are charged at $30 a session. If this rental is extended the next month’s rental fee is $600 and includes another 20 sessions.

For the most part, rentals can be picked up at the Thedford location. Machines can also be delivered if within a reasonable distance or shipping within Canada is a possibility. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the renter.

Unlimited Sessions

While there is no limit to the number of sessions that can be run with these machines, any one person should not exceed two sessions a day. This is an ideal option for someone who wants to run a series of intensive sessions in their home, or for families, couples or roommates who can share the machine.

Cost: $1,000 plus HST for the first month. If rental is extended with the same renter the price is reduced to $800 plus hst for the second month.
