Sessions at Good Vibrations Neurofeedback

What a Session Looks and Feels Like

Relax, focus, and sleep better — in-office or virtual NeurOptimal® sessions.

Your session takes place in a cozy, private room – either in Parkhill or Thedford – where you’ll settle into a recliner, lean back under a soft blanket, and let your brain do the work. There’s no effort required. Many people close their eyes, others watch the abstract visuals on the screen, and some even drift off to sleep.

You’re fitted with five small sensors – two on the scalp, three on the ears — which simply listen to your brain’s activity. These sensors feed data to the NeurOptimal® software, which responds by creating brief, almost imperceptible pauses in the music or visuals. These “micro-interruptions” prompt the brain to reset and self-correct – much like catching your reflection in a mirror and naturally adjusting your posture.  The whole experience is non-invasive, effortless, and deeply relaxing.

What Clients Are Saying

“Before starting my first session, Susan took the time to inquire about my stress and its impact on my life. During the session, there was music from headphones, a La-Z-Boy, blanket, and turned-down lights — providing a perfect setup for relaxation. I did prefer the option with eyes shut rather than watching visual effects on the screen. Once in a while I do some relaxation exercises at home, but the effects of those sessions were way beyond what my home sessions do. I experienced a profound feeling of well-being. I highly recommend this relaxation approach.”
